Magnolia guided Q4 2026 production at 159,000-161,000 boe/d, with oil at 49%-50%, reflecting the WildFire deal and divested volumes. It forecast drilling and completion capital spending of about $235 million, lease operating expense of $5.80-$6.20 per boe and interest expense of $35-$40 million.
2. Production and 2027 plans
The company estimated Q3 2026 production at 116,000-118,000 boe/d, with drilling and completion capital spending of $155-$165 million. For 2027, it targeted 4%-5% growth in oil and total output off a Q2 2026 pro forma base of 78,000 bo/d and 158,000 boe/d, and projected drilling and completion capital spending of $900-$950 million. Net debt was about $1.9 billion at the end of Q3 2026.
