Manulife said third-quarter 2026 net income attributed to shareholders fell 21% year over year to CAD 1.42 billion. The decline reflected a larger market-experience charge and a net charge from Vietnam operations, partly offset by core earnings growth. Manulife | Comvest raised USD 5.4 billion through Comvest Credit Partners VII, its private credit platform’s largest fundraise.
