McCormick to seek secondary London listing after Unilever food business merger completes

The merged company will operate under four divisions: Americas Consumer, International Consumer, Global Food Service and Global Flavor, McCormick said.
McCormick added it would retain its primary stock listing on the New York Stock Exchange, and its global headquarters will remain in Hunt Valley, Maryland, while also having an international headquarters in the Netherlands.

July 23 (Reuters) - McCormick said on Thursday it would seek a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange after its planned merger with Unilever's Foods business completes.
The packaged food maker also unveiled an operating structure for the combined company, the deal for which was announced in March and is expected to close by mid-2027.
