Operating results turned to a loss of MYR 4.12 million, while general and administrative expenses rose to MYR 4.18 million. Gross profit fell to MYR 1.48 million, and gross margin narrowed 5 percentage points to 11.6%; the company cited higher building material and subcontract costs for the decline, and higher overhead, tax charges and credit-loss allowances for the net loss.
