MACI•Everli signed a merger agreement with Melar Acquisition Corp. I. The combined company is expected to be renamed Everli Global Holdings and list on Nasdaq as EVRL after closing.

Everli signed a merger agreement with Melar Acquisition Corp. I for a proposed business combination. Everli operates an asset-light e-grocery marketplace in Italy, with operations in more than 60 provinces and over 1,150 stores, and partnerships with more than 95 retailers, including Italy’s 13 largest grocers.
