Middleby unit QualServ names Phil Mauter president for North America
MIDD•QualServ promoted Phil Mauter to president of QualServ North America, effective immediately.
1. Leadership appointment
Mauter will lead North American strategy and oversee operations, finance, engineering, sales and manufacturing. He joined QualServ in 2021 as vice president of operations and became general manager in early 2025; the appointment signals a focus on operational performance, customer experience, and scaling solutions and services across North America.
