Ming Shing Group Sees CEO, Independent Director Resignations; Interim CEO Named
MSW•Ming Shing Group Holdings CEO and director Han Yan resigned June 4, 2026, for personal reasons, and independent director Dongjie Lao left the board and key committees. The board named Zhijun Pan as interim chief executive and re-designated Tianhang Zhao as compensation committee chair while seeking a permanent CEO.
1. Leadership Resignations
On June 4, 2026, CEO and director Han Yan resigned for personal reasons, and independent director Dongjie Lao stepped down from the board and his roles on the compensation, nominating and corporate governance, and audit committees.
2. Committee Re-Designation
Following Lao’s departure, the board re-designated Tianhang Zhao as chairman of the compensation committee to fill the vacancy created by his resignation.
3. Interim CEO Appointment and Search
The board appointed Zhijun Pan as interim chief executive officer effective June 4, 2026, while it conducts a search to identify a permanent CEO candidate.
