Mint’s Rice AI signs Pudgy Penguins license for co-branded Blue Pengu Minibot

• The agreement grants a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Pudgy Penguins branding for a limited-edition AI-powered companion robot.
• Sales will run through Rice AI-controlled e-commerce channels and physical retail outlets.
• Rice AI will fund production, marketing, and promotion, and handle compliance, warranties, and after-sales support.
