NuRAN Wireless signs US$50 million at-the-market share offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright

The offering was registered in the U.S. under a Form F-10 registration statement, with a prospectus supplement dated September 15, 2026.

Wainwright will receive a 3% cash commission on gross proceeds raised under the program.

Net proceeds are earmarked mainly for additional telecom site construction and commissioning, deployment-related operating spend, and working capital.

NuRAN Wireless set an at-the-market equity distribution agreement with H.C. Wainwright to sell up to US$50 million of common shares.

Shares may be issued from time to time at prevailing market prices, with sale timing set by management.
