Mobile Infrastructure entered a Fifth Amendment to its Credit Agreement with Harvest Small Cap Partners, L.P. and its Master fund.
The amendment extends the credit facility’s maturity date to Dec. 31, 2026 from Sept. 30, 2026.
Jeffrey Osher, the board co-chair, controls the investment manager of the Harvest lenders, making the amendment a related-party transaction.
