Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners agreed to acquire Epic Energy, an Australian gas pipeline operator, with closing expected in H2 2026.
Epic owns and operates the Moomba to Adelaide Pipeline System, a long-haul link supplying Adelaide from northern Australian gas resources.
The pipeline has operated for more than 50 years and is one of two systems serving Adelaide’s power generation, industrial, and utility customers.
