Cadillac names new team principal

LONDON, Aug 12 (Reuters) - Formula One newcomers Cadillac announced Marcin Budkowski as their new principal on Wednesday, replacing Graeme Lowdon in the role.

Budkowski, a 49-year-old Polish-French engineer, has held positions at a number of teams including Ferrari and McLaren as well as the governing FIA.
