Nano Nuclear signs LOI with IP3, Cybernetic Intelligence on nuclear-powered AI infrastructure projects
NNE•Nano Nuclear signed a non-binding letter of intent with IP3 Corp. and Cybernetic Intelligence to pursue nuclear-powered AI infrastructure projects. The framework names Nano Nuclear a preferred nuclear technology and services provider and calls for selecting a pilot program under a separate project agreement.
1. Project framework
The parties will target U.S. opportunities and select international projects tied to AI computing, national security infrastructure and energy resilience. The framework covers site and end-user screening, regulatory engagement, project finance evaluation, and supply-chain and manufacturing readiness assessments.
