Navigator Holdings announces shareholder meeting to approve move to England and Wales
NVGS•Navigator Gas will hold a shareholder meeting on November 16, 2026, to vote on moving its domicile from the Marshall Islands to England and Wales. Each common share would convert into one ordinary share of new parent Navigator Gas plc, which intends to retain the NYSE ticker NVGS.
1. Shareholder vote
Navigator Gas will hold the meeting at Baker Botts' offices in New York. Shareholders will vote on a merger to change the company's domicile from the Marshall Islands to England and Wales.
2. Share conversion
Under the proposal, each common share would convert into one ordinary share of new parent Navigator Gas plc, which intends to retain the NYSE ticker NVGS.
