nCino has appointed Keith Kettell as Chief Revenue Officer effective April 1. Kettell brings over two decades of experience building and scaling go-to-market organizations at Salesforce, PagerDuty and Alloy, positioning him to lead nCino’s revenue organization through its next growth phase.
2. Q4 and Fiscal Year 2026 Results
For the quarter ended January 31, 2026, nCino reported total revenues of $149.7 million, up 6% year-over-year, subscription revenues of $133.4 million (up 7%), and annual contract value of $602.4 million, up 17%. Non-GAAP net income rose 95% to $42.8 million, while GAAP net income was $8.3 million.
3. $100 Million Accelerated Share Repurchase
nCino’s Board authorized a $100 million accelerated share repurchase under an ASR agreement, leaving about $75 million available under the prior authorization. The ASR will be financed by a $200 million expansion of the company’s existing credit facility, underscoring confidence in its cash flow and market position.
