Nebius acquires inference optimization firm Inferize

1. Platform technology added
Nebius said the acquisition adds Inferize’s inference-optimization technology and engineers to Token Factory, its managed inference platform. The deal targets faster model launches and scaling by reducing cold-start delays that can leave GPUs idle during demand spikes or weight updates.
2. Expected platform effects
Nebius said the technology is expected to support higher GPU utilization, more elastic capacity scaling and improved token economics for production AI workloads. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
