Neo-Concept International Group Holdings announces annual general meeting

Neo-Concept International Group will hold its annual general meeting in Hong Kong on Sept. 28, 2026.
Shareholders will receive the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports.
A special resolution will seek adoption of new memorandum and articles, removing the annual meeting requirement at the board’s discretion.
The proposal would also end any Class B conversion into Class A, stripping Class B of dividend rights and liquidation participation.
