Newmark launches leasing for rebranded APEX Atlanta office campus
NMRK•Newmark began exclusive leasing for Banyan Street Capital’s 914,774-square-foot APEX Atlanta campus. Planned work includes a $4 million renovation, move-in-ready suites, a residential conversion and redevelopment of APEX Tower.

Newmark launched APEX Atlanta as exclusive office leasing agent for Banyan Street Capital’s rebranded 914,774-square-foot Buckhead campus. A $4 million renovation of APEX North is underway, with completion anticipated in February 2026, and about 16,000 square feet of move-in-ready suites are scheduled for delivery in November 2026. Banyan Street Capital is working with a partner to convert APEX South into about 260 live/work units; plans call for redeveloping the 19-story, approximately 386,000-square-foot APEX Tower into offices targeting large-block tenants.
