Nexpu offers up to $28 million in private placement
DPU•Nexpu is offering up to 40 million units at $0.70 each for gross proceeds of up to $28 million. Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and a warrant to buy one share.
1. Offering details
The unregistered offering is aimed at non-US investors under Regulation S. Each warrant has an initial cash exercise price of $0.71 per share. Nexpu plans to use net proceeds for working capital and development of its enterprise artificial intelligence software and robotics business.
