1. Acquisition of KraftyLab Positions Nextech3D.ai for Accelerated Platform Growth

On January 15, 2026, Nextech3D.ai completed its acquisition of KraftyLab in an all-stock deal valued at approximately CAD 4.5 million. KraftyLab brings over 75 corporate clients, including four Fortune 500 companies, into Nextech3D.ai’s experiential technology ecosystem. The integration adds a team of 22 virtual events specialists and 12 proprietary collaboration tools designed to host up to 10,000 concurrent users. Management projects that KraftyLab will contribute CAD 1.8 million in incremental annualized revenue by the end of fiscal 2026 and expects to drive a 25% increase in platform engagement metrics by Q3 2026.

2. Launch of AGORACOM AI Marketing Program and CEO Investment

Nextech3D.ai has entered a 12-month cashless shares-for-services agreement with investor relations firm AGORACOM, valued at CAD 200,000. The campaign, which kicked off February 1, 2026, will deploy three AI content engines to generate weekly investor updates, videos and social media posts targeting 50,000 retail and institutional investors across North America, Europe and Asia. A Verified Forum will be moderated by AGORACOM to facilitate direct dialogue between management and shareholders, with an initial cohort capped at 500 participants. Concurrently, CEO Evan Gappelberg subscribed for 50,000 common shares at current market reference levels to demonstrate alignment with long-term investors and strengthen leadership’s stake in the company’s growth trajectory.
