- Residential customers would receive USD 10 monthly bill credits for four years, extended from two years, with merger costs excluded from bills.
- Low-income aid would rise by USD 100 million through 2038 via Dominion’s shareholder-funded EnergyShare program.
- Virginia commitments include maintaining current in-state headcount for five years, adding 1,000 direct jobs, split 600 company, 400 suppliers.
- A shareholder-funded co-headquarters office tower is planned in downtown Richmond; transaction closing is targeted for the second half of 2027.
