2. Recall of 246,000 Vehicles

The automaker recalled 246,000 ES8, ES6 and EC6 models produced between March 2018 and January 2023 due to a software-related display fault that can darken key screens. Nio plans to deploy over-the-air updates and upgrade service centers where necessary to restore full functionality.
