Nixxy appoints Robert Reda to board
NIXX•Nixxy appointed Robert Reda to its board effective October 19, 2026, replacing Lillian Mbeki, who resigned immediately before his appointment.
1. Board appointment
Reda will chair the Nominations Committee and serve on the Audit and Compensation committees. Nixxy said Mbeki’s resignation did not stem from any disagreement over company operations, policies or practices.
