NovaBridge to present expanded Phase 1b givastomig combination data at ESMO 2026
NBP•NovaBridge Biosciences will present expanded Phase 1b data on givastomig with nivolumab and mFOLFOX on October 25 in Madrid. The combination has FDA Fast Track status, and a global randomized Phase 2 trial is underway.

NovaBridge Biosciences scheduled expanded Phase 1b data for givastomig with nivolumab and mFOLFOX at ESMO 2026. The presentation is set for October 25 in Madrid and will provide a more mature read on safety, activity and durability.
2. Study and development
The study targets first-line, HER2-negative, CLDN18.2-positive, PD-L1-positive metastatic or unresectable gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. The program supports a shift toward registrational development, with a global randomized Phase 2 trial underway; the FDA granted Fast Track status for the combination in previously untreated advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
