Nuveen Municipal Credit Opportunities Fund launches transferable share rights offering

The rights are expected to trade on the NYSE under the symbol NMCO RTWI from Sept. 4, 2026, and then as NMCO RT around Sept. 10.
Trading is expected to end at the close on Oct. 6, 2026, one business day before expiration.
Transferable rights offering details
Nuveen Municipal Credit Opportunities Fund said it will issue transferable subscription rights to common shareholders of record on Sept. 8, 2026.
The rights will allow holders to buy 1 new common share for every 4 rights. The offering is set to expire at 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 7, 2026.
The subscription price will be 95% of the 5-day average NYSE price ending on expiration, with a floor at 90% of net asset value.
