Swedish legal AI startup Legora secured $50m in a Series D extension led by Atlassian and Nvidia Ventures, bringing total funding to $600m at a post-money valuation of $5.6bn. Legora surpassed $100m in ARR, expanded headcount from 40 to 400, and now serves over 1,000 organisations in 50+ markets.

Over the past year, Legora scaled its workforce from 40 to 400 employees and grew its client network from 200 organisations to over 1,000 across more than 50 markets. The platform recently surpassed $100m in annual recurring revenue while supporting tens of thousands of legal professionals.
