NYLI MacKay DefinedTerm Muni Opportunities Fund will hold its annual shareholder meeting in New York on Oct. 1, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect three Class II Trustees for three-year terms. The nominees are Alan R. Latshaw, Karen Hammond, and Stephanie Lynch.
Other business may be addressed if properly brought before the meeting.
