The group achieved its first full-year profitable growth in 2025, delivering adjusted EBITDA of $6.8m versus a $35.3m loss in 2024. Revenues rose 4.7% to $862.5m, while Q4 sales reached $233.8m, up 9% year-on-year, though North America revenue fell 9.1%.

3. 2026 Guidance and CapEx

For 2026, Oatly targets adjusted EBITDA between $25m and $35m and plans capital expenditures of $20m to $30m, including the $16m allocated to Landskrona. This budget supports further capacity growth and sustainability initiatives.

4. Trademark Ruling Impact

Oatly lost a UK Supreme Court case over its “Post Milk Generation” trademark, which must be altered to comply with EU-derived UK labeling laws. The ruling may affect branding strategies in the UK market.
