Oil-Dri FY26 net income rises 6% to $56.97 million; fourth-quarter net income climbs 10% to $14.42 million
ODC•Oil-Dri reported FY26 net income of $56.97 million, up 6%, and fourth-quarter net income of $14.42 million, up 10%. Full-year net sales reached a record $493.84 million, and cash and cash equivalents reached a record $73.7 million.
1. Quarterly and annual results
For the fourth quarter, net sales rose to $129.29 million and income from operations increased 17% to $18.24 million; diluted EPS rose 12% to $1.00. For FY26, diluted EPS increased 6% to $3.92, while income from operations was $67.98 million. CEO Daniel S. Jaffee cited historic cash generation and two dividend increases.
