OneMain Finance prices USD 600 million 7.125% senior notes due 2034, backed by OneMain Holdings guarantee

The issuer can redeem the notes before Aug. 15, 2029 at a make-whole price. After that, the notes may be redeemed at 103.5625% in 2029 and 101.7813% in 2030.
Guarantee and ranking
OneMain guaranteed the notes on an unsecured basis. The obligations rank senior unsecured at the issuer.

OneMain Finance, a OneMain unit, issued USD 600 million of 7.125% Senior Notes due 2034.
The notes mature on March 15, 2034, and interest will be paid semiannually starting March 15, 2027.
