TD Cowen raised PepsiCo’s price target to $165 from $162 while keeping a Hold rating after management outlined its turnaround strategy, reiterated 2026 guidance and predicted a return to 4%-6% sales growth by the second half of 2026. On February 19, PepsiCo added Alvalle vegetable soups to the ready-to-heat range.

On February 20, TD Cowen boosted its price target on PepsiCo to $165 from $162 while retaining a Hold rating, citing management’s detailed turnaround strategy, reaffirmed 2026 guidance and confidence in returning to 4%-6% sales growth by the second half of 2026.

2. Expansion into Ready-to-Heat Soups

On February 19, PepsiCo introduced a ready-to-heat vegetable soup range under its Alvalle brand, leveraging the brand’s packed gazpacho success to meet demand for healthy, convenient meals and broaden its global food portfolio following acquisitions such as Siete Foods and Sabra.
