Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp moved its Extraordinary General Meeting originally set for July 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET to July 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The postponement allows additional time to supplement the definitive proxy statement/prospectus with updates on events since its mailing.
2. Redemption Demand Deadline Extension
The deadline for holders of Class A ordinary shares to submit or withdraw redemption demands has been extended to July 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Shareholders of record as of June 12, 2026 remain eligible and are encouraged to review and confirm their election before the new cutoff.
3. Merger Proposal and Next Steps
The meeting will vote on the proposed combination with Freenome Holdings, Inc., after which Perceptive Capital Solutions will be renamed New Freenome, Inc. Valid proxies already submitted remain in effect, and shareholders can update their votes or request assistance through the proxy solicitor before the rescheduled meeting.
