Pharvaris posted a 2Q 2026 loss of EUR 47.8 million; loss per share narrowed to EUR 0.70 from EUR 0.83 a year earlier.
R&D spending rose to EUR 35 million from EUR 29.6 million; G&A costs climbed to EUR 15.8 million from EUR 10.8 million.
Cash and cash equivalents increased to EUR 318 million as of June 30, 2026, from EUR 292 million at year-end 2025.
Regulatory progress and late-stage data expected
FDA accepted the deucrictibant IR NDA for on-demand HAE; the PDUFA date is set for April 23, 2027, while the EMA validated the MAA.
CHAPTER-3 Phase 3 topline data for deucrictibant XR is expected in 3Q 2026. CEO Berndt Modig said pre-commercial work supports a timely U.S. launch.
