Phillips 66 announces refining leadership transition
PSX•Rich Harbison will retire as executive vice president of refining effective Dec. 31, 2026. Chris Chandler will join as strategic adviser to the CEO on Oct. 6, 2026, and become executive vice president of refining on Jan. 1, 2027.
