Phillips 66 Sweeny refinery and petrochemical complex reports process upset on Monday

Phillips 66 reported a process upset at its Sweeny, Texas, refinery and petrochemical complex on Monday. Operations worked to stabilize the units and return them to normal conditions; the complex has capacity of 277,000 barrels per day.
