Pitney Bowes accepts USD 46.47 million of notes tendered in cash offers

Pitney Bowes’ cash tender offers for up to USD 50 million of two note series expired Sept. 18, 2026.
Holders tendered USD 46.47 million in aggregate principal, all of which was accepted for payment.
The company accepted:
- USD 40.77 million of 6.70% Notes due 2043
- USD 5.7 million of 5.250% Medium-Term Notes due 2037
