PJM issued a capacity advisory for Oct. 12 and 13, citing expected tight system conditions from relatively warm fall weather and equipment outages for maintenance and construction. It estimated peak demand at about 102,000 MW Monday and 104,000 MW Tuesday, against about 70,000 MW in previously scheduled generation outages.
