Planet Fitness, BGC Canada Launch Feb 16–27 Pink Shirt Day Fundraiser
Planet Fitness and BGC Canada launch a nationwide Pink Shirt Day fundraiser from February 16–27 across 2,896 Canadian clubs, inviting members to donate to support youth programs. Planet Fitness will also offer a $1 down membership promotion February 17–27 and a free Family Day Open House February 16–22.
1. Partnership Launch and Fundraiser Details
Planet Fitness and BGC Canada have teamed up to host a Pink Shirt Day fundraiser from February 16 to 27 in all Canadian clubs. Members can donate in-club at front desks or online, with proceeds directed to BGC Canada’s youth development initiatives.
2. Youth Programs Supported
All donations will bolster BGC Canada programs that offer safe, supportive spaces for children and teens, focusing on confidence building, positive relationships and new opportunities under Planet Fitness’ Judgement Free Generation® initiative.
3. Promotional Offers to Drive Engagement
To encourage participation, Planet Fitness will run a $1 down membership promotion from February 17–27 and host a free Family Day Open House February 16–22. These offers aim to increase foot traffic and community involvement while supporting the fundraiser.
