Powerus, Swarmer Sign MOU to Integrate Swarming Software Across VTOL and Maritime Systems
PUSA•Powerus and Swarmer signed a Memorandum of Understanding to evaluate integration of Swarmer’s vendor-agnostic coordination software with Powerus’s air and maritime autonomous systems for defense, counter-UAS, border security and critical infrastructure missions. Powerus’s pending merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings remains subject to Form S-4 registration effectiveness and regulatory approvals.
1. MOU Scope and Objectives
Powerus and Swarmer have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to explore technical and operational feasibility of integrating Swarmer’s vendor-agnostic swarming and coordination software with Powerus’s unified autonomous systems architecture. The exploratory framework covers good-faith technical exchanges, integration testing and demonstration planning without committing either party to production, procurement or financial obligations.
2. Technical Evaluation Plan
Under the MOU, the companies may assess interoperability between Swarmer’s multi-vehicle coordination platform and Powerus heavy-lift VTOL, tactical unmanned air systems, unmanned surface vessels and mission systems. Evaluation areas include coordinated multi-drone operations, swarming, deconfliction, distributed mission execution across heterogeneous platforms and manufacturing feasibility using Powerus’s U.S. production and integration resources.
3. Merger Status
Powerus has a pending merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings that remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the effectiveness of a Form S-4 registration statement and applicable regulatory approvals. The merger has not closed and carries potential risks if the registration statement is not declared effective or regulatory approvals are delayed or denied.
