Ruanyun Edai Secures US$1.73M Contracts and Targets Global Expansion
RYET•Ruanyun Edai Technology has secured about US$1.73 million in contracted commercial activity for its Cogni AI platform, covering archive digitization, AI archive automation, software licensing and deployment. The company plans to leverage its Malaysian Global Headquarters under Formind Global Holdings to onboard international distributors and implementation partners.
1. Expanded Cogni AI Platform
Ruanyun Edai Technology has broadened its Cogni AI product line into a private-deployment document intelligence platform that transforms scanned, handwritten, historical and enterprise documents into structured, searchable data for archives, educational institutions, public-sector entities and regulated enterprises.
2. Contracted Activity and Revenue Breakdown
The Cogni AI line is supported by approximately US$1.73 million in total contracted commercial activity, comprising US$415,947 recognized as historical revenue, US$29,572 in accounts receivable from an annual-contract customer, and US$1,284,481 recorded as deferred revenue pending future recognition.
3. Private-Deployment AI Architecture
Cogni AI’s architecture enables deployment on customer-owned servers or company-provided appliances, offering multimodal OCR, automatic classification, desensitization, graph and vector databases, local AI model inference, hardware dongles and offline update mechanisms to ensure data governance and compliance.
4. Global Distribution via Malaysian HQ
Through Formind Global Holdings Sdn. Bhd., its Malaysian Global Headquarters, Ruanyun Edai is evaluating international distributors, systems integrators and channel partners to commercialize Cogni AI in key markets requiring localized deployment and customer-controlled processing.
