Prelude Therapeutics partners with Lilly to test PRT13722 combinations in Phase 1 breast cancer trial
PRLD•Prelude Therapeutics entered a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Lilly to test PRT13722 in combination with abemaciclib or imlunestrant in HR+/HER2- breast cancer. The FDA-cleared Phase 1 trial is expected to begin enrolling in the fourth quarter of 2026; Prelude retains global development and commercial rights to PRT13722.

Prelude Therapeutics entered a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Lilly for abemaciclib and imlunestrant. The agreement supports a Phase 1 study of PRT13722 in combination with either drug in HR+/HER2- breast cancer.
2. Trial timing and rights
The trial is cleared under an FDA investigational new drug application, and enrollment is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2026. Prelude retains full global development and commercial rights to PRT13722.
