PHM•PulteGroup plans about 900 homes at Jordanelle Ridge near Park City, with model homes and a sales center expected to open in late 2027.

The new Jordanelle Ridge community will expand PulteGroup’s Explore by Del Webb brand into Utah. Plans include a clubhouse, a 10-acre lake, wellness amenities and access to more than 75 miles of trails.
