Pursuit outlined plans to build three premium two-bedroom villas at Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa in Costa Rica.
The project marks its first major organic growth investment at Tabacón since the July 2025 acquisition.
The villas target a Summer 2027 opening on the resort’s 570-acre property near Arenal Volcano National Park.
Each 2,250-square-foot unit includes a private plunge pool, outdoor terrace, and elevated design to limit environmental footprint.
