Quartzsea Acquisition amends charter to allow merger deadline extensions through Feb. 19, 2027

Quartzsea Acquisition amended its governing memorandum to allow four one-month extensions of its October 19, 2026, business-combination deadline, through February 19, 2027. Each extension requires a trust deposit of the lesser of $100,000 or $0.033 per outstanding public ordinary share.
