1. Record Q4 and Full-Year Revenue Growth

Red Cat achieved $26.2 million in Q4 revenue, marking a 1,985% increase year-over-year and a 172% sequential climb. For full-year 2025, total revenue reached $40.7 million, up 161% from $15.6 million in 2024.

2. Capacity Expansion and Manufacturing Scale-Up

The company expanded its manufacturing footprint to a total of 254,000 sq ft by year-end, up 520% from 2024, with new facilities including a 166,000 sq ft BlueOps site, 51,000 sq ft FlightWave plant, and 37,000 sq ft Teal hub.

3. Strategic Orders and Partnerships

Red Cat secured new orders for its Black Widow™ drones from a second Asia-Pacific ally and showcased integrated USV and drone demonstrations at Innovation Day. Partnerships were strengthened with AeroVironment and a new collaboration with Redwire to enhance multi-domain interoperability.

4. Strengthened Balance Sheet

Cash balances surged to $167.9 million at December 31, 2025, up from $9.2 million a year earlier. Inventory and prepaid inventory also increased to $30.4 million from $13.6 million, supporting planned production scale-up.
