Redwire, Sophia Space sign MOU to develop orbital data center infrastructure
RDW•Redwire signed an MOU with Sophia Space to develop scalable in-orbit computing infrastructure for orbital data centers, combining Sophia’s modular TILE architecture with Redwire’s spacecraft capabilities.
1. Partnership plans
The companies said the partnership will focus on near-term demonstration missions, longer-term repeatable architectures, and jointly pursuing select U.S. government and commercial opportunities.
