Seven Arrows operates a craft beer supply chain and distribution network across China through its subsidiary Hainan Seven Arrows Supply Chain Co., Ltd. The acquisition provides ReTo with immediate access to this established network for deploying its proprietary smart craft beer vending machines, aiming to create an integrated ecosystem from production to retail.
