1. Phase 3 trial begins
The global, randomized RASolve 308 trial compares zoldonrasib with placebo, each combined with pembrolizumab and platinum-based chemotherapy. Its primary goal is to assess whether the regimen delays disease progression; secondary measures include survival and safety. Initial clinical data showed preliminary antitumor activity and a favorable safety profile in previously untreated patients. The targeted population accounts for approximately 4% of NSCLC cases, with no approved targeted treatment options.
