Roadzen Secures $1.2M U.S. In-App Roadside Assistance Contract for 500,000 Users
RDZN•Roadzen’s U.S. subsidiary NAC secured a $1.2 million annual contract to provide exclusive in-app roadside assistance for 500,000 users on a digital warranty and insurance platform. The deal uses Roadzen’s AI-driven StrandD to manage incident reporting, provider matching, GPS tracking and ETA management in the client’s mobile app.
1. NAC In-App Roadside Contract
Roadzen’s wholly owned U.S. subsidiary National Automobile Club (NAC) has signed a commercial agreement worth approximately $1.2 million in annual revenue. Under the contract, NAC becomes the exclusive embedded roadside assistance provider for a client’s mobile app serving over 500,000 users through digital assistance, mass insurance and extended warranty programs.
2. AI-Driven StrandD Platform
The deployment runs on Roadzen’s StrandD AI orchestration platform, which automates the full service lifecycle. StrandD handles incident reporting, provider matching, real-time GPS tracking, ETA management and job closure via an API layer built for seamless in-app integration without relying on legacy call centers.
3. U.S. Market Strategy
This contract advances Roadzen’s top growth priority in its most strategic market, the United States. Roadzen aims to leverage its EliteCover MGA operations, NAC’s nationwide service network and AI capabilities to expand commercial and enterprise fleet contracts and make the U.S. its largest market over the next two to three years.
