Rock Tech-Siemens Digital Twin Deal, E3’s C$36.5M Funding and Edison’s Property Options

Rock Tech and Siemens will integrate Siemens Digital Twin technology into Red Rock’s Canadian lithium conversion project as a blueprint for G7 facilities. E3 Lithium secured C$36.5M non-repayable funding for 75% of its C$48M Clearwater demonstration plant and Edison Lithium optioned Joutel North-West and Gagne properties subject to a 3% royalty.

1. Rock Tech and Siemens Form Strategic Partnership

Rock Tech Materials has partnered with Siemens to transfer German lithium conversion expertise to Canada’s Red Rock project, integrating Siemens Digital Twin technology and evaluating additional engineering and services to establish a digitally enabled converter as a blueprint for G7 critical minerals facilities.

2. E3 Lithium Secures C$36.5M for Clearwater Demonstration Facility

E3 Lithium received conditional approval for up to C$36.5 million in non-repayable funding, covering 75% of its forecasted C$48 million Clearwater demonstration project aimed at validating its direct lithium extraction technology at commercial scale.

3. Edison Lithium Options Gold and Copper Properties

Edison Lithium entered an option agreement to earn 100% interest in Joutel North-West gold and Gagne gold-copper properties from Globex, subject to a 3% gross metal royalty with Edison holding a right of first refusal on any royalty sale.
